摘要:水稻胡麻叶斑病菌是由稻平脐蠕孢菌所致的一种真菌病害。为了解水稻胡麻叶斑病菌孢子萌发条件,采用显微镜观察,研究了光照﹑温度﹑pH﹑碳源﹑氮源对孢子萌发的影响,结果表明分别在温度为20~28℃,光照为全日照,pH值为9时孢子的萌发率最高。某些碳源氮源条件下也对孢子萌发有促进作用。本实验为水稻胡麻叶斑病菌的发生发展规律的探讨以及病害的防治提供一定的理论依据,丰富了水稻的病害研究,也为分子生物学研究提供参考。 关键词:水稻胡麻叶斑病菌; 孢子萌发; 光照; 温度; pH
Abstract: In order to harms to the paddy rice flax leaf spot preventing and controlling, uses the microscope observation, has studied the influence which the illumination、temperature﹑pH﹑carbon source ﹑ nitrogen source spore sprouts, results showed that temperatures in the 20~28℃, full sun, pH for 9 o'clock spore germination rates the highest. Under the condition of certain carbon sources and nitrogen sources on the promoting effect of Spore Germination. This experiment to probe into the law of occurrence of flax leaf spot fungus of rice development, and provides a theoretical basis of disease control, enriched rice diseases, and also provides references for molecular biology research.
