摘要: [目的]探讨芝芪菌质对黄颡鱼生长的影响及机制。[方法]将黄颡鱼随机分成5组,每组约25尾,第1组为对照组,投喂基础日粮,另外4组为试验组,,在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%、0.5%、0.75%和1%芝芪菌质,饲喂35天后测定黄颡鱼的生长情况和肝胰等组织中消化酶的活力变化。[结果]与对照组相比添加芝芪菌质的试验组黄颡鱼显著提高了肝胰腺等组织中的消化酶活力。[结论]饲喂适量的芝芪菌质能通过对消化酶的影响,间接影响黄颡鱼对饲料的吸收消化和利用率,影响其生长。

Abstract: The effect of Zhiqi fungal substance on growth of Pelteobagrus vachelli was studied. Methods Pelteobagrus vachelli were allotted into four groups randomly. The control group were fed with basal diet, the others were the treated groups fed with basal diet supplemented with 0.25%、0.5%、0.75% and 1% Zhiqi fungal substance for 35 days, respectively. to determine the growth of Pelteobagrus vachelli and the digest enzyme activity of Hepatopancreas and other tissues. The results showed dietary Zhiqi Fungal Substance can improve the digestibility and utilization of feeds by improving the digest enzyme activity.
