摘要:研究了不同浓度的铅(Pb2+)对背角无齿蚌(Anodonta woodiana woodiana)肝脏和肌肉超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果表明:在Pb2+浓度低于0.5 mg/L时对肝脏SOD活性起诱导作用,在Pb2+浓度低于0.7 mg/L时对肌肉SOD活性起诱导作用,两者最大值出现在0.2 mg/L附近;而高浓度Pb2+(高于0.7 mg/L)对SOD起抑制作用。灵敏度结果显示,低浓度Pb2+胁迫下(0.1 mg/L),肝脏SOD的诱导倍数高于肌肉。背角无齿蚌肝脏SOD对水环境中的重金属反应敏感,对重金属的早期污染有指示作用。

Abstract: Effects of different levels of Pb2+ on activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the liver and muscle of Anodonta woodiana woodiana were studied. It was showed that the activities of SOD were enhanced when the concentrations of Pb2+ were low (less than 0.5 mg/L in liver and 0.7 mg/L in muscle), and were restrained at the high level (more than 0.7 mg/L). At low concentrations of Pb2+ (0.1 mg/L), the delicacy of SOD in the liver is higher than that in the muscle. The results revealed that the activity of SOD in the liver of Anodonta woodiana woodiana can be monitoring on the heavy metal pollution.
