摘要:多环芳烃是土壤中持久性污染物,具有“致癌、致畸、致突变性”作用和生物蓄积性,对环境及人类健康具有极大的危害。以农业土壤和焦化厂土壤为研究对象,利用平板菌落计数技术来测定农业土壤和焦化厂土壤的细菌总数,放线菌总数和霉菌总数,并对菌落特征进行观察。结果表明农业土壤的细菌是焦化厂土壤的4倍左右;由于农业土pH较低,呈现出酸性,没有测到放线菌;在焦化土有霉菌,可能是因为焦化土中PAHs含量较高,导致土壤质量降低。 关键字:多环芳烃;细菌;放线菌;霉菌
Abstract: Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon is persistent contaminants in soil, it has “carcinogenic, teratogenic, mutagenic”and bioaccumulation, it has a huge harm to environment and human-beings. This report use normal agricultural soil and cooking-plant soil as research subjects, total bacterial counted with the measure of flat colonies and counting method, same with the amount of bacterial,actinomycetes and mycetes. With the observation of bacterial colonies, it shows that bacterial in normal agricultural soil is about four times more than in cooking-plant soil;Because pH of normal agricultural soil is low,showing acidic, not measured actinomycetes.There are mycetes in cooking-plant soil,probably because PAHs of cooking-plant soil is high, resulting in lower soil quality.
