摘 要：对加拿大一枝黄花  、马兰 、芦蒿不同部位的营养成分（水分、总糖、粗纤维、抗坏血酸、蛋白质、脂肪）进行了测定分析。结果显示，与芦蒿根状茎相比，加拿大一枝黄花的根状茎中可溶性总糖、粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、Vc含量较高，与马兰地上部分相比，加拿大一枝黄花地上部分粗脂肪、粗纤维、Vc含量较高。根状茎是其繁殖方式的一种，其所含营养成分可能对加拿大一枝黄花的迅速蔓延和成功入侵有一定影响。对比芦蒿和马兰不同部位的营养成分含量，认为加拿大一枝黄花根状茎和地上部分在营养价值方面具有一定的开发潜力。

Abstract：Solidago canadensis L.,Kalimeris indical(linn.) Schulz.-Bip., the nutritional content of different parts of Artemisia Selengensisi Turcz (moisture, total sugar, crude fiber, ascorbic acid, protein, fat) were determined and analyzed.The results showed that comparision with the Artemisia Selengensisi Turcz rhizome,the rhizome of Solidago canadensis L.total soluble sugar,crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber,Vc content is high,and the aerial parts of Kalimeris indical(linn.) Schulz-Bip.,the Solidago Canadensis L. has a higher content of crude fat,crude fiber and Vc in the aerial part. Rhizome is one of its breeding way, which contains nutrient components may have certain effect on the rapid spread and successful invasion of Solidago canadensis L..Contrast about the nutrients content on the different parts of Astemisia Selengensisi Turcz and Kalimeris indical(linn.) Schulz.-Bip.,we think that the rhizome and aerial part of Solidago Canadensis L. have certain development potential in nutritional value aspect.
