摘要:本实验以5个大白菜品种为材料,研究了NaCl,Na2CO3,及他们的混合盐溶液对大白菜种子萌发及对幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,各种盐处理均抑制了种子的萌发和根的生长,随着处理浓度的增加,抑制作用也越发明显。其中NaCl处理使发芽率降低9%-50%,根长下降5%-100%。低浓度的NaCl或Na2CO3处理津绿和兔子腿苗高增加14%-35%,其余白菜品种,三种盐处理下均抑制苗高,抑制作用也具有浓度效应。3种盐处理的抑制作用表现为:混合盐碱>Na2CO3>NaCl。

Abstract: Five Chinese cabbage varieties were used as experimental materials, the seed germination and seedling growth were invest igated under the salt stresses of NaCl,Na2CO3 and a mixture of NaCl+ Na2CO3.The results showed that all the treatments declined the germination percentage and the growth of roots. With the increasing of the treatment concentration,the rest rained degree was increasing obviously. Under the salt stresses,the growth of roots decreased greatly. When treated with NaCl,the germination percentage dropped by 9-50 points of percentage,and the length of roots dropped by 5% - 100% . When treated with lower NaCl or Na2CO3 concentration,the height of seedling of Jinlu and Tuzitui increased by 14% - 35% . Other kinds of Chinese cabbage treatments had inhibitory action,and the inhibitory action had concentration effects. The order of the restrained degree of three treatments was: mix-ture saline-alkali> Na2CO3 > NaCl.
