摘要:本实验主要研究了不同浓度的氯氟吡氧乙酸(80、160、240、320、400)mg/L对小麦幼苗形态指标与某些生理指标的影响。结果表明,在不同浓度氯氟吡氧乙酸处理下的小麦幼苗,其鲜重与干重分别有所降低。其中浓度为240mg/L 的氯氟吡氧乙酸对小麦幼苗鲜重影响最显著,比对照降低了45.70%,浓度为160mg/L的氯氟吡氧乙酸对干重影响最显著,比对照降低了23.64%。叶片中叶绿素含量也均有所降低,分别比对照降低了1.57%、25.79%、20.46%、27.70%和42.45%。而丙二醛与脯氨酸含量有不同程度的增加,浓度均为400 mg/L影响最显著,分别增加了84.96%与89.29%。实验结果也说明,除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸对小麦幼苗并不是高度安全的,可能存在一定的负效应。 关键词:氯氟吡氧乙酸;小麦幼苗;光和特性;丙二醛;脯氨酸
Abstract:This experiment mainly researched the influence of different concentration of the herbicide fluroxpyr on wheat seedings. Results showed that in different concentrations,its fresh and dry weight were both redduced. The most significanted was 240mg/L and 160mg/L respectively. Leaf chlorophyll content in both lower, respectively, than the control lower, 1.57%, 25.79%,20.46%, 27.70%and 42.45%.While the MDA and the proline were both increase in varying degress. Last but not least, this experiment results also showed the herbicide fluroxpyr is not highly secure on wheat seedings,there maybe some negative effects.
