摘要:柑橘(Citrus)是世界上最重要的经济作物之一,在热带和亚热带地区广泛栽培,柑橘属(Citrus.L)属于芸香科(Rutaceae),包括橘,柑,柚,橙,柠檬等。一般熟知的柑橘类水果并非全为柑橘属,例如枳和金橘分别属于枳属和金橘属。柑橘属的分类,进化和重要栽培(杂)种的起源都是至今难以解决的科学难题。本文在回顾现有的柑橘分类系统、分类与进化研究方法的基础上,也尝试着使用生物信息学的方法对柑橘属的其中七种植物展开了分子学层次上的进化关系研究,希望对柑橘属植物的分类和进化关系提供新的内容。 关键词:分类 进化 进化树 序列比对
Abstrcat:Citrus is one of the world’s most important economic crops,it swidely cultivated in tropical and subtropical regions,citrus belongs to the Rutaceae ,including orange tangerine,grapefruit,orange,lemon.Not all generally well-known citrus fruits are citrus,such as trifoliate orange and kumquat belong Poncitrus and genus of kumquat.Citrus classification,evolution and cultivation(Miscellaneous) species of origin are still difficult to solve scientific problems.In this paper,based on review of existing citrus classification system,classification and evolution of research methods,but also try to use of bioinformatics methods,including seven kinds of plants,citrus launched the evolutionary relationship between the molecular level,in the hope citrus plant classification and the new content.
