摘要:以武育粳7号,9516,Kitaake为实验材料,研究了不同粳稻品种的光合特性。测定了水稻叶绿素相对含量,净光合速率(Pn),蒸腾速率(E),气孔导度(Gs),胞间CO2浓度(Ci),水分利用率(WUE)等指标,结果表明叶绿素相对含量为Kitaake>武育粳>9516,净光合速率为武育粳>9516>Kitaake,蒸腾速率为9516>武育粳> Kitaake,气孔导度为武育粳>9516>Kitaake,胞间CO2浓度为武育粳>9516>Kitaake,水分利用率为Kitaake>武育粳>9516。通过比较水稻光合生理特性,为水稻的高光效育种提供参考。 关键词:粳稻;净光合速率;光合生理特性
Abstract:With Wuyujing, 9516, Kitaake as materials, the photosynthetic physiological characterisrics of different kings of japonica rice were studied, determining their chlorlphyll relative content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular co2 concentration,water use efficiency. The results showed that chlorlphyll relative content presented a tendency of Kitaake>Wuyujing>9516, net photosynthetic rate Wuyujing>9516>Kitaake, transpiration rate 9516> Wuyujing> Kitaake, stomatal conductance Wuyujing>9516>Kitaake, intercellular co2 concentration Wuyujing>9516>Kitaake, water use efficiency Kitaake >Wuyujing>9516.By comparing photosynthetic physiological characteristics of japonica rice would provide reference for high photosynthetic efficiency breeding.
