摘要:采用酶学分析方法研究饲料中VA、VE含量对龙虾肝脏内3种免疫相关酶(溶菌酶、超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶)的活性的影响。实验结果表明:(1)、当饲以添加0.1%VA 、0.02%VE饲料,即VA和VE的比例为5:1时,龙虾肝脏中溶菌酶活性最高;(2)、当饲以添加0.1%VA 、0.02%VE饲料,即VA和VE的比例为5:1时,龙虾肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶活性最高;(3)、当饲以添加0.02%VA 、0.02%VE饲料,即VA和VE的比例为1:1时,龙虾肝脏中碱性磷酸酶活性最高。结论表明,当饲料中VA和VE的添加比例为1:1至5:1左右时,克氏原螯虾的免疫功能最佳。

Abstract: According to the analysis of enzymology research methods, research on the effect of vitamin A and vitamin E content in feed on the activity of the three kinds of immune-related enzyme (lysozyme, superoxide dismutase, alkaline phosphatase ) in the lobster liver. The results showed that when 0.1%VA and 0.02%VE was added to the feed,the ratio of VA to VE was 5:1, lysozyme of lobster liver had the highest activity, that when 0.1%VA and 0.02%VE was added to the feed,the ratio of VA to VE was 5:1, superoxide dismutase of lobster liver had the highest activity,that when 0.02%VA and 0.02%VE was added to the feed,the ratio of VA to VE was 1:1, alkaline phosphatase of lobster liver had the highest activity. The conclusion showed that when the ratio of VA to VE was 5:1 to5:1, immune function of lobster had the highest level.
