摘 要:本实验探讨了用电导率法快速测定乳饮料中菌落总数方法的准确性、可靠性。利用电导率法建立乳饮料中细菌总数的标准曲线,通过平行试验及对比试验,测试了电导率法、国标法得出的结果重复性,研究了电导率法作为一种快速检测方法测量乳饮料中细菌总数的可行性。电导率法建立方程Y=-0.4119X+6.333,复相关系数R2=0.9056,变异系数分别是0.95%、0.94%、0.91%,均较小,说明该方法的重现性较好,经统计学t检验,结果P>0.05,表明两种方法无显著性差异,说明利用电导率法作为一种快速检测方法用于乳饮料中细菌总数的检测是可行的。

Abstract:This experiment is discussed with electrical conductivity method on rapid determination of total number of colonies in milk beverage of the accuracy and reliability . Conductivity method is used to establish standard curve of the total number of bacteria in milk beverage, through the parallel test and contrast test, test the electrical conductivity method and GB method, conductivity method as a rapid detection method is studied on the feasibility of measuring total number of bacteria in the wastewater. Conductivity method to establish equation Y = -0.4119X+6.333, the multiple correlation coefficient R2 = 0.8753, the variation coefficient were 0.95%、0.94%、0.91%, are smaller, shows that the method has good reproducibility, the statistical t test, the results (P >0.05), showed that there was no significant difference between two methods. The conductivity method can be used as a rapid detection method for total aerobic count in milk beverage.
