[摘要]  分离新鲜菠菜中的类囊体膜并测定其叶绿素含量。通过SDS-PAGE、室温吸收光谱对其进行生物活性鉴定。经卵磷脂(PC)处理的类囊体膜的吸收光谱以及叶绿素a(ch1a)与叶绿素b(ch1b)的比值都发生变化。随着卵磷脂和类囊体膜比例增加,重组蛋白脂质体的吸收光谱高于未经重组的。这说明PC与类囊体膜的交互作用提高了光系统的光化学性质。

[Abstract]  Tthylakoid membrane was separated from fresh spinach. The chlorophyll content, subunit and room temperature absorption spectrum of the thylakoid membrane were determined to study the interaction between phosphatidylcholine (PC) and the the thylakoid membrane. The absorption spectra and chlorophyll a (ch1a) and chlorophyll b (ch1b) ratio were changed with the increase of PC lipids. The absorption spectra of the protelipisome was high than that without recombination. It shows that the PC and the thylakoid membranes of the interaction between the PSII and improve the efficiency of the photochemical reaction.
