摘要:本文对一株耐镉果胶杆菌NP22进行了分子鉴定和抗性分析。经形态学观察和16S rDNA序列分析,确定NP22是Pectobacterium sp.。在不同Cd2+浓度液体培养基条件下研究了菌体的生长曲线。结果表明NP22果胶杆菌在多种浓度含Cd2+培养基中均可生长,并且在Cd2+浓度为50mg/L的培养基中活性最高。同时采用SDS法进行质粒消除,用鉴别培养基初步判断出NP22的抗镉基因在基因组上。 关键词:重金属抗性;镉;果胶杆菌;质粒消除
Abstract:In this paper, a cadmium-resistant Pectobacterium sp. NP22 molecular identification and resistance analysis. By morphological observation and 16S rDNA sequence analysis to determine the NP22 is Pectobacterium sp.Cell growth curve in the Cd2+ concentration liquid medium conditions. The results show that the NP22 pectin bacteria containing Cd2+ medium can grow in a variety of concentrations, and Cd2+ concentration of 50mg / L medium showed the highest activity.
