摘  要

为探讨野生鼠曲草(Gnaphalium affine D. Don)的营养和功能成份，本研究用考马斯亮蓝法、蒽酮比色法、二硝基苯肼法、分光光度法和氯化铝比色法分别对鼠曲草中的营养和功能成份蛋白质、可溶性糖、抗坏血酸、总胡萝卜素和黄酮类化合物进行测定分析。结果表明，鼠曲草中蛋白质含量为7.13±2.97mg/g，可溶性糖为9.28±1.46mg/g，抗坏血酸为0.46±0.05mg/g，总胡萝卜素为1.44±0.3mg/g，黄酮类化合物为1.42±0.25mg/g。

ABSTRACT

　　In the study the contents of protein, soluble sugar, vitamin C, carotene and flavonoids in wild cudweed (Gnaphalium affine D. Don) were determined by Coomassie brilliant blue method, ninhydrin colorimetric method, dinitrophenyl- hydrazine, spectrophotometer and  aluminum chloride colorimetry respectively.  The results showed the contents of protein, soluble sugar, vitamin C, total carotenoid and flavonoids in wild cudweed were 7.13±2.97, 9.28±1.46, 0.46±0.05, 1.44±0.3 and 1.42±0.25mg/g respectively.
