内容简介

《十天实现自律》的作者是Theodore Bryant。首先,他介绍了海德是恶魔的化身,代表了人性中邪恶的一面。当人们打算完成一些任务时,海德总会使人产生一些阻碍我们形成自律习惯的负面影响。全书阐述了在十天内,提升自律习惯的一些建议和方法。首先,作者认为读者需要仔细阅读每一章节,把握主要内容,做好心理准备,再开始着手十天计划。全书引领读者学习其中的方法,完成作者提及的练习,他们的自律习惯也就会有所提升。

我的任务是将第三部分中,从第六天到第九天的内容翻译成中文。第六天阐述了“非黑即白”这个观点使我们变得懒散,我们应避免这种观点,可视化是一个既方便又好的方法,我们提前设想积极的心理图像即可。

第七天告诉我们不能相信“力求完美”这一观点,它会对我们的生活和工作产生负面影响。奖励制度是个不错的主意,我们坚持的话,我们的自律习惯会有显著的提高。

第八天讲的是我们要积极面对困境,自信地去解决问题。将内心消极的想法和一些自我激励的语句写下来,随身携带,这会对我们产生深远的影响。

第九天提醒读者自律是一种改变。若我们想要改变,我们必须在潜意识中告诫自己,准备好了,我们才能迎来机遇。当我们想放弃的时候,要关注内心消极的想法,使自己放轻松。

 

INTRODUCTION

Self-Discipline in 10 days is written by Theodore Bryant. Firstly, he introduces Hyde. Hyde is a sinister apparition and he represents the evil side of human nature. When people intend to finish some tasks, Hyde always creates some negative effects that prevent people from forming a habit of self-discipline. The whole book deals with ways and suggestions to enhance self-discipline within ten days. The author argues that readers should read each chapter carefully to grasp the main content firstly, then make a good job of psychological preparation so that they can prepare a plan of ten days. The book advocates that as long as readers learn the methods, do exercises recommended by the author, their self-discipline will improve.

My task is to translate into Chinese Part Three from the 6th to 9th day. The 6th day tells us “All or Nothing” attitude would make us feel inactive, we should avoid this idea, Visualization is a good and easy method and it requires us to have positive mental images in advance.

The 7th day informs us that we couldn’t believe this attitude “I Must Be Perfect”, which has a bad effect on our life and work. A reward system is a good idea, if we insist on doing that, our self-discipline will have an obvious ascension.

The 8th day advises us to face the dilemma positively, and to be confident to solve the problems. Write down some negative thoughts and self-encouraging statements, and take them with us, and it will make a profound impact on us.

The 9th day reminds readers that self-discipline is a kind of change. If we want to change, we must tell ourselves subconsciously to prepare adequately, then we could meet with opportunity. Be relaxed when we would like to give up. Pay attention to our negative attitude.
