中文摘要:21世纪,随着经济全球化的进一步发展,企业文化的竞争是企业之间竞争的核心。中国GDP的快速增长,更多的外国企业在中国投入了大量的投资。他们正试图抓住巨大的商机。因此,人力资源正是他们所需要的。

中国,有着巨大的劳动力,进入了全面建设小康社会。中国工人的收入、幸福感和归属感比以往任何时候都要高。但人才流失是零售业特别突出的问题,因为它单调乏味的工作性质。因此,员工文化是跨国企业迅速打进中国当地市场的一个重要因素。

迪卡侬运动有限公司正在中国一二线城市迅速扩张,招兵买马。本文通过企业文化理论为指导,从迪卡侬员工文化中得到启发,主要介绍了员工招聘、培训、团队建设、员工的发展前景,员工福利。提出企业若想留住人才,需从精神文化、物质文化、制度文化等方面构建员工文化体系,从而构筑富有活力的企业文化,提升企业的核心竞争力,实现企业的可持续发展。
