中文摘要:研究表明,第二语言学习者的成功不仅仅源于认知因素,如语言学能。非智力因素有着不可忽视的作用,它包括动机、意志、性格、情感、兴趣五个方面。其中,性格对学习者的英语学习有着极大的影响。个性是一个人内部比较稳定的心理结构,借助它,可以预测一个人在给定情境中的所作所为。它是在各种实际活动中逐渐形成并对实际活动产生一定的积极或消极的作用。性格虽然不会决定学习是否发生,但它却会影响学生的学习方式, 从而影响学习的速度和质量。学习者在语言学习中会表现出不同的个性类型和特征。每种性格的外语学习者都有其不同的注意力焦点和盲区,一旦性格类型被确定,即可知道每种外语学习者在学习时会关注什么,而习惯性会忽略什么,了解这一点对外语教师实施有效教学非常重要。本文采用问卷调查和英语测试的研究方法对初中三年级学生的性格倾向性进行调查,对其英语基础语言知识进行测试,对其英语听力和口语能力进行测试,旨在探讨分析我国初中学生的个性倾向与其英语学习成绩之间的关系,主要分析内向性格和外向性格学生在英语学习成绩中的表现,发现内向性格的学生在英语基础语言知识方面的成绩较高,外向性格的学生在听力和口语能力方面的成绩较高。并在分析原因的基础上提出一些教学建议,以便为初中英语有效教学提供一些教学启示。
