中文摘要:英语作为一门语言学科,口语交流在课堂中的重要性不言而喻。义务教育阶段是英语学习的初始阶段,也是英语能力的首要养成阶段,因此,中小学英语教师的口语技能,尤其是课堂口语的技能就显得尤为重要。在新课程改革背景下,义务教育阶段中小学英语教师口语技能的培养逐渐成为教师专业技能培养的一个重要方面。然而,中小学课堂对于英语教师口语技能的要求在细节方面不尽相同,教师和教师培训者需着眼于其不同之处,有理有据、有针对性地进行发展和培训,方能培养出符合新课程改革要求的中小学合格师资。本研究通过听课、试上、访问、发放问卷等方式在常熟市的四所初中和四所小学进行了抽样调查,从多方面、多角度考察了常熟地区中小学英语课堂对教师口语技能的要求,利用图表对调查结果进行分析整合,最终得出结论,为英语师范专业学生提供学习和就业指导,也为高校提供中肯的师范生专业培养方面的意见和建议。 -关键词:义务教育;英语课堂教学;英语教师;口语技能
