中文摘要:伴随当今社会的发展,英语学习在世界变得越来越有普及性。但是,英语中大量的英语词汇、句型和复杂的语法使中国小学生学习起英语来很困难。语言学习本身就是枯燥单调的,一直是教师讲、学生听,会使学生的学习兴趣荡然无存。爱因斯坦曾说过:“兴趣是最好的老师。”学习动机中最活跃、最现实的部分是兴趣,各年龄段的学生对故事非常感兴趣,因为故事中有生动的情节、丰富多彩的情感,同时也蕴含着一定的语言知识。故事不仅能吸引学生进入学习情境,也符合学生学习语言的认知特点。因而在英语教学过程中教师可以运用一些幽默生动、简单易懂的故事来激发学生学习兴趣。 小学英语教学中,采用故事进行教学对于学生的英语学习具有非常重要的意义。因为故事教学法能发挥学生学习的主动性,培养学生主动运用英语的意识,激发他们学习的兴趣和动机,促进他们综合语言的发展,提高小学英语课堂的效率和教学质量,从而更好地实现素质教育。
