摘要:素质教育逐渐进入人们的视野,英语教育日益升温。目前,新课改在全国如火如荼地进行着,各校普遍对英语教育的目的、方式和手段进行调研,分析、实践有效的教育方式、手段,但在调研过程中仍能够看到其教育过程中存在的问题,本文基于中学生在英语学习中的困难进行探究,并且找出解决的方案。 长久以来,听、说、读、写四项语言技能是我国基础英语教育领域培养学生综合能力和素养的主要手段和途径。英语教育的最终目的不是培养鹦鹉学舌的模仿者,而是培养能够独立思考的人。英语教学的主要任务不是积累知识,而是学思结合、发展思维,因为思维基于知识并超越知识。英语教学最终目的是驾驭这门语言,而语言是文化的深深载体,英语教学具有文化的渗透关联性,具有语言教学和文化教学双重含义,它讲究教学策略和学习策略的统一,教学学习方法具有探究性。
