摘要: 众所周知,于文化上,中美两国有很多不同。这种文化差异也使得两国的饮食文化存在着种种差异。本文从两国饮食上的观念、礼仪、内容、方式和烹调方法等方面,不仅做了比较还分析了为什么有这么多的差异。这项研究不仅有助于两国人民更好地互相了解他国的饮食文化,而且还有助于他们学会尊重和理解其它国家的饮食文化特点。此外,它还有助于两国吸收彼此良好的文化,并且不断改善他们原有的饮食文化结构体系。
