摘要：本文在交际教学法的理论基础上，分析了交际教学法的起源、性质、功能和研究了传统小学英语听力教学的不足之处，以及如何在小学听力课中应用交际教学法。研究表明，交际教学法会使小学英语听力课堂气氛活跃，拉近师生之间的距离，纠正小学英语听力教学的不足，也提高了小学生对英语学习的兴趣。
