摘要：未来社会竞争的一个重要方面是创新的竞争，这也是当今社会的主题。创新要求教师在课堂教学中始终以学生为导向，创造一个和谐、民主、自由的教学氛围，充分调动学生的积极性，培养学生对学习的浓厚兴趣。要积极引导他们通过创设教学情境发现问题，提出问题和解决问题，让学生敢于质问，敢于提问，敢于表达不同意见，敢于打破心态，勇于创新，最终使学生的创新意识和创新能力得到充分培养和发展。本文首先对创新思维的含义进行介绍，然后表明目前小学生创新思维培养存在的问题，并就如何培养小学生创新思维给出了一些建议。最后，我们将阐述培养创新思维对学生发展乃至国家发展的重要意义。
