摘要：随着社会的进步，英语作为第二外语是每个学生都应该认真学习并且掌握的。由于师资缺乏、缺少英语口语能力的意识等因素，小学英语口语的教学仍然存在许多问题。为了有效消除小学生口语输出障碍，学校要提高教师口语水平，家庭要为学生的口语输出创造良好环境，学生自身也要重视英语口语锻炼。本文剖析当今小学英语口语教学中存在的各种问题，从提高重视英语口语能力意识、创造良好英语学习氛围等方面提出解决的策略。希望对于改进当前小学英语口语教学起到一定的作用。
