中文摘要：随着经济全球化的发展以及跨文化交流的日益频繁，作为世界上广泛应用的语言，英语在我们的教育体系中占有非常重要的位置。可是，仍有部分农村，虽然在互联网、硬件条件、师资力量等方面有所提升，但相比城市中同样年龄阶段的初中生而言，英语学习水平却存在相当大的差异。

本选题采取个案研究方式，把农村欠发达地区的初中生作为研究对象，以嘉祥县黄垓乡黄垓中学为例，结合前人调查研究，以客观真实的反应中国农村初中生英语学习方法等方面存在的问题及原因，以期进一步完善初中生英语学习方法更有效的研究理论并针对教学中出现的问题提出解决的建议。
