[摘要] 导入是幼儿园教学过程中重要的一环,它好比一把钥匙,开启幼儿的心扉,营造愉悦的教学氛围,诱发幼儿的求知欲和学习兴趣,从而达到“课未始,兴已浓”的愤悱状态。本研究中研究者运用观察法,文献分析法等研究方法对吴江市阳光幼儿园的大一班的教学活动中的导入环节进行历时7周的观察,并在实习和见习的过程中与老师们的交谈中发现,很多幼儿园的教学导入环节都出现以下三个普遍的问题:①导入的“有名无实”②导入模式的单一③导入环节的缺失。在对问题成因归纳的基础上,研究者提出了相应的教育建议:①要钻研教学内容②要了解幼儿的学习特点③要结合自身特长。 [关键词]导入;教学导入;教学活动;幼儿园
