摘要:此次毕业设计是通过调研得知:电子厂车间的机械设备发热过高,可能对工厂车间的正常工作造成很大影响和对设备的寿命损害很大,而且工厂内人员密度大,车间生产人员散热量较大,环境热湿负荷要高于一般场所,因此车间对中央空调的送风系统可靠性、安全性要求很高。而传统的中央空调已不能满足车间对随时可能变化的温度的要求。本设计针对传统的中央空调调节方式的局限性,利用PLC自动控制技术,选用MM430变频器、西门子PLCS7-200可编程控制器以及温度传感器, 实现对中央空调风机机组的控制,本设计还设置了完善的报警系统以及用组态王设计的人机界面,充分保障了风机运行的安全性和可操作性,以此来为电子车间设计中央空调送风系统电气控制线路。 该设计大致介绍了系统所需达到的控制要求,中央空调在自动控制领域的国内外研究以及中央空调整体系统的工艺流程。该设计详细地介绍了中央空调送风系统的改进,中央空调送风系统设计方案的确定以及中央空调送风系统的软硬件设计。 关键词:中央空调 送风系统 MM430变频器 PLCS7-200 温度传感器
ABSTRACT:Through the investigation about the graduation design we can get that: electronics factory workshop machinery has been excessive heat when it work for a minute, which may cause great impact on the normal work of the factory workshop and damage the life of the equipment , and the factory personnel density is very large, workshop production personnel heat dissipating capacity is bigger, the environment hot or wet load is higher than general, So we expect to produce safer and better air supply system of the central air conditioning. But the traditional central air conditioning can not meet the workshop on any possible changes in temperature and humidity requirements. This design aimed at the limitation of the adjusting mode of central air conditioning, using constant pressure frequency conversion technology, selecting the MM430 inverter, Siemens PLCS7-200 programmable controller as well as temperature sensor to realize the control of the system for the central air conditioning fan unit, This design also set up a perfect warning system and use kingview man-machine interface design, to fully guarantee the operation safety and operability, in order to central air conditioning air supply system for electronic workshop design electrical control circuit. This design introduces that how to content the design requirements, the central air-conditioning in the process of domestic and foreign research in automatic control field and central air conditioning system. This design introduces the improvement of central air-conditioning air supply system, the hardware and software design of air supply system design scheme of the central air-conditioning air supply system and central air-conditioning. 该设计以某电子厂车间的中央空调为设计对象,选用西门子PLC S7-200、温度传感器、组态王、风机机组以及MM430变频器等, 针对传统的中央空调送风系统的电气控制系统的不足,通过传感器传回的车间室内温度与设置的温度对比,再通过A/D转换器转化为相应的数字量存入AIW0中,编写相应的PLC程序以实现对中央空调3台风机工频变频切换的控制,以此来为电子车间设计中央空调变频送风系统电气控制线路。主要任务要求: (1)根据设计要求,了解中央空调的基本控制结构,深入分析中央空调风机机组的工作状态,确定工况转换方式,编写组态王人机界面控制程序,保证风机工频、变频的安全、可靠运行。 (2)根据设计要求,编写中央空调送风系统的变频控制系统的PLC程序。 (3)元器件的选择和参数的计算。 (4)绘制CAD电气原理图和中央空调的运行结构图。 (5)PLC程序的仿真和组态王的上机调试。 (6)撰写毕业论文。 (7)准备答辩。
