摘要:本文完成了抚顺--营口段264千米输油管线首站工艺设计。抚顺--营口段264千米, 总输量为280万吨/年(柴油140万吨/年,汽油140万吨/年)。本设计采用密闭,顺序输送来满足工艺,以首站设计为主。在设计中采用了多台泵串联的方法。经水力计算全线共布置了2个泵站,每座泵站选3台泵,2台泵串联工作,1台泵备用。在首站选用了10个油罐,其中有6个2万方汽油罐,2个2万方和2个3万方柴油油罐。同时设计中计算了混油量和混油的处理方案。另外,本文完成了水力坡降图、首站平面布置图、工艺流程图、泵房安装图和消防系统流程图等图纸的绘制工作。 关键词: 泵站; 管道; 泵; 首站平面布置图; 工艺流程图
Abstract :Fushun-Yingkou paragraph 264 km pipeline process design.
