摘要:随着经济的发展和人民生活的不断提高,轿车在我国逐渐普及,汽车驾驶培训机构也随之涌现。驾驶培训机构的信息管理体现了一个机构管理水平的高低,也涉及到机构的经济效益。利用计算机技术结合信息管理方法对驾校的各种信息和日常工作进行管理,是一种高效的解决方案,该系统的实现不仅能减轻驾校管理者的管理负担,而且能方便学员查询考试成绩、分车安排以及其他相关信息,能方便教练查看自己所带学员的情况。 本文通过本人对驾校管理业务的了解,紧密结合驾校的业务流程,详细介绍了在.NET平台下实现一个驾校管理系统的过程,首先对驾校管理系统的典型用例进行分析,确定了功能需求,包括学员管理、教务管理、考试管理、车辆管理、职工管理、公告管理、财务管理、统计分析等11个功能模块,基本上实现了驾校信息管理业务的各个方面。数据库设计依据数据库的设计原则,采用Microsoft SQL Server2005为后台数据库。运用面向对象编程技术和软件工程的思想,采用B/S模式和三层架构开发技术,在Visual Studio 2010开发环境下实现了驾校管理系统。本系统界面友好,操作简便,在数据输入时进行严格的正则表达式验证,当输入错误时系统会给出错误提示,保证了输入数据的合法性。采用用户-角色-权限的授权模型,保证系统的用户只管理自己的业务范围内的数据,防止越权操作。 关键词:信息管理系统;三层架构;驾校业务管理;B/S模式;.NET平台
Abstract:With the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's life,household car grew in popularity in China, the driving training institutions appeared as well. Driving training institution information management not only reflects an agency management level,but also involves the economic benefits of the inistitution.The realizations of the system not only can reduce the burden of the managers, but also make student convenient to query personal scores, car arrangement and any other relevant information,make coach convenient to view his own students’ information as well. This article introduced the process of realizing a driving training institution system in the .NET platform through the individual understanding of driving training institution management business,combining the business process closely.Firstly, make a analysis about the typical usecase of the system and then determine the functional requirements, including students management, teaching management, examination management, the vehicle management, staff management, public announcement management, financial management, statistical analysis and so on, total 11 function module, basically involved all aspects of the driving training institution management business. Database design based on the principles for the design of database, using Microsoft SQL Server2005 for backend database.Use the object-oriented programming technology, the concept of software engineering, the B/S mode and three layer architecture development technology to realize the system in the environment of Visual Studio 2010. This system operate easily, and it has friendly interface.It use regular expressions verification to strict the data which user input.When the input data is error, the system will give user a error message, so it ensure the legitimacy of the input data.And it use the user-role-permissions authorized model to ensure that the system’s users only can manage their own business data, so can prevent excessive operation.
