摘要:本学位论文研制的是基于PLC的轻轨移车平台控制系统设计,该设计是综合了机械设计与制造技术、PLC控制技术、液压控制技术,专门用于重庆轻轨基地设计的一种称之为移车平台的专用设备。本论文详细的介绍了移车平台的设计过程和设计方法。 移车平台布置在轻轨工作车车库外,用来完成工作车辆的迁移转线工作,使工作车在各轨道间进行平行切换,是轻轨工作车车库的关键设备。本文研究设计的工作移车平台适用于单轨跨座式轻轨,主要由移车平台、驱动走行装置、工作车液压限位机构、平台定位锁紧机构以及PLC控制系统等几大部分组成。驱动行走装置主要是驱动移车平台在3条轻轨轨道间移动。工作车液压限位机构主要是通过液压系统,当工作车停到移车平台上后,卡住工作车前后轮子,保证在移车过程中把工作车固定在移车平台上。平台定位锁紧机构主要功能是当移车平台移到某条轻轨轨道后,将平台锁定在该轨道,保证工作车顺利驶入该轨道。PLC控制系统是对整个移车过程进行控制,为整个系统的控制核心。 移车平台的设计成功,可采用移车平台进行工作车辆的迁移转线工作,对于提高生产作业水平,简化工艺流程,尤其是节省占用土地、减少建设投资等方面有着十分重要意义。 关键词:轻轨 工作车 移车平台 PLC 液压系统
Abstract:The thesis is the design of the car platform control system based on PLC light shift, which is a combination of mechanical design and manufacturing technology, PLC control technology, hydraulic control technology ,that is called a special equipment vehicle moving platform which designed for Chongqing light rail base. This thesis introduces the design process and design method of the transverse mobile platform. Car moving platform is arranged in the light rail car garage, which is used to complete the work vehicle shunting work, made the work car switch in the different tracks, was the key equipment for light rail car garage. This thesis studies the design of work shift car platform suitable for straddle type monorail transit, which mainly composed by the car moving platform, driving a walking device, working vehicle hydraulic limit positioning mechanism, platform locking mechanism and the PLC control system. Driving device is driven mainly shift car platform in 3 light rail tracks. Working vehicle hydraulic limiting mechanism is mainly through the hydraulic system, when the car in the car moving platform, and stuck working wheels, ensure the car moving in the process to work on the car that is fixed on the car moving platform. The main functions of the platform positioning locking mechanism is when the car moving platform is moved to a light rail tracks, locked in the rail platform, ensured the working car successfully into the rail car. As the core of the control system, PLC control system controlled the whole car moving process. The success of the car moving platform can make the migration shift car platform for vehicle shunting work , which can improve the level of production operation, simplify the process, especially it has very important significance to reduce the occupation of land, save construction investment. 工作车移车平台是轻轨工作车库的专用关键设备,目的是使工作车能在各轨道梁间进行平行切换。本文研究设计的工作车移车平台适用于单轨跨座式轻轨,主要由车架、驱动走行装置、工作车限位器、工作位置及故障接近开关、插销对位装置、侧部止挡器、电气控制系统等部分组成。研制中,以机电一体化系统设计思想为指导,对轻轨移车平台设计方法进行了探讨。采用系统分析设计方法,站在系统的高度,对移车平台的原理方案进行了系统的分析;使用变异设计方法,借鉴单梁桥式起重机工作原理,完成移车平台的原理和结构设计。车架主梁采用箱型梁,截面形式与轻轨PC梁截面相同:驱动走行装置采用两套三合一(电机、减速器、制动器)驱动装置分别驱动,与主动轮轴采用空心轴装式联结;控制系统采用高可靠性的PLC控制,电机调速采用变频调速;多种安全保护装置保证移车平台安全运行。 设计的轻轨移车平台经安装、调试、检验,满足了设计功能,达到了设计要求。移车平台运行平稳,主从动轮机构旋转灵活;工作车限位机构翻转灵活,水平插销机构插拔准确可靠;承载梁的强度、刚度、稳定性都达到设计要求,在控制范围内;各机构运转时无异常振动和杂音。该设备的研制成功,不仅解决了实际的生产需要,而且对移车平台的设计过程和设计方法作了成功的探索。我国轨道交通建设正迅速发展,对以后的轻轨移车平台设计发展将有一定的借鉴作用。
