摘要:塑料制品在日常生活中应用广泛,注塑模技术己成为衡量一个国家产品制造业水平的重要标志之一。本文在参考大量文献的基础上,对果蔬篮进行模具设计,综合运用UG和CAD等软件设计出一套合理的注塑模具,主要做了以下几个方面的工作: (1)通过对果蔬篮的观察分析,从塑件的形状,结构初步画出三维图形,然后对塑件进行质量属性分析,尺寸精度的分析,确定塑件的材料,同时对塑件的成型工艺,性能数据加以分析。 (2)对塑件的体积,质量进行分析,数据对比,确定注射机并进行校核,然后确定型腔数目,型腔的分布,分型面的设计。 (3)根据浇注系统的设计原则,对主流道、分流道、浇口、进行了设计,然后对凝料脱出和排气系统从结构形式、尺寸等方面进行设计,并对模具成型零件进行了计算(型腔的径向和轴向尺寸、型腔深度尺寸、型芯尺寸、型芯高度尺寸)。 (4)对模架进行选择,对导柱、导套进行选用,形成系统的合模导向机构,对复位机构进行设计,对脱模机构的有关尺寸进行设计,最后对冷却系统进行设计。 (5)绘制注射模具装配图、成型零件图及其它结构零件图。 通过对塑件各个部件的设计和计算,使模具的设计工作顺利进行并完成。在设计的过程中运用UG和CAD绘图软件进行绘图和分析,得到了果蔬篮的装配图、塑件图和型芯、型腔图,对内容的排版和设计达到了自己期望的效果。 关键词 注塑模具;果蔬篮;工艺性能
Abstract:Plastic products are widely used in the everyday, the injection mold technology has become an important symbol of one of measuring a country's level of product manufacturing. In reference to the extensive literature on the basis of fruits and vegetables basket mold design, the integrated use of UG and CAD software to design an injection mold, mainly the following aspects of the work. (1)Based on the observation and analysis of fruit and vegetable basket, from the plastic parts of the shape, structure the preliminary draw three-dimensional graphics, and then on the plastic parts quality attribute analysis, precision analysis, determine the plastic parts of the material, at the same time on the forming process of plastic parts, the performance analysis of data. (2)On the plastic parts of the volume, quality analysis, data comparison, determine the injection machine and checked, and then determine the number of cavity, the distribution of the cavity, parting surface design. (3)Gating system design principles, the sprue, the shunt gate design, and then the hole, pulling rod and exhaust systems of cold material from the structure, size and other aspects of design and molding parts computing (radial and axial dimensions of the cavity, the size of the cavity depth, the core size, the height of the core). (4)Guide post, guide sleeve selection, formed the system of mold guide mechanism, the reset mechanism design of mechanism, the size of the design. (5)Drawing injection mold assembly drawing, molding part and other parts of the structure chart. Design and calculation of the various components of plastic parts, mold design work carried out smoothly and completed. The use of UG and CAD drawing software for mapping and analysis in the design process, the assembly drawing of the fruit and vegetable basket, plastic parts and core, cavity maps, content layout and design to achieve the desired effect.
