摘要:为了降低农民在玉米脱粒时劳动强度、提高工作效率,设计玉米脱粒机。该机主要有入料口、脱粒滚筒及传动部件等组成。以电动机为动力源,动力由电动机输出轴输出,再通过传动带传递到脱粒滚筒上,脱粒滚筒配合滚筒外罩将玉米脱粒,玉米粒从滚筒外罩底部的孔漏到振动筛子里,经二级筛子分离并用鼓风机把玉米灌到口袋中,而玉米芯从入料的另一端的排葫口排出机体之外。本设计的主要任务是设计整个机构,并绘制出零件的三维与二维图纸,然后进行三维装配,并将三维装配图导入CAD中,并掌握CAD、UG软件的使用。 关键词:玉米;脱粒机;机构设计;带传动;偏心轮;UG;CAD
