摘要:随着世界各国炼铁高炉设备的不断发展更新,液压泥炮如今已完全替代了电动泥炮成为高炉炉前的重要设备。目前,我国各铁厂高炉设备主要使用PW型、IHI型、MHG型、BG型和DDS型五种液压泥炮。与以前高炉设备使用的电动泥炮相比,液压泥炮具有打泥推力大,打泥致密,压紧力稳定,结构紧凑,便于操作,更好地适应高炉高压等优点。 在液压泥炮液压系统中, 液压油箱作为重要的辅助部件, 用于储存液压系统的工作介质, 具有散热, 分离油液中的水、气体, 以及杂质沉淀等作用。设计泥炮液压系统时, 由于受环境空间等的限制, 常出现油箱设计容积过小、油箱附件选用不合理等情况, 由此造成系统运行温升快、热平衡温度过高, 以及因液压油粘度下降使泄漏增加及泵吸油不足等现象, 严重影响液压系统正常稳定的工作。因此, 在设计泥炮液压系统时, 液压油箱设计十分重要。 关键词:液压泥炮 设计 液压油箱
ABSTRACT:As the world continues to evolve blast furnace equipment updates, hydraulic clay gun has now completely replaced the electric blast furnace mud gun become an important device. At present, the main use of the ironworks blast furnace equipment PW type, IHI type, MHG type, BG type and DDS-type five kinds of hydraulic mud guns. With previous use of the electric furnace equipment mud gun, compared with hydraulic clay gun fight mud thrust, hit the mud density, compaction force stable, compact, easy to operate, to better adapt to blast pressure and so on. Hydraulic pressure in the hydraulic system, clay gun, hydraulic tank as an important accessory for storing hydraulic system working medium, with cooling, separating the oil in the water, gas and impurities precipitation effect. Clay Gun hydraulic system design, due to space limitations by the environment, often appear tank design capacity is too small, fuel tank and other accessories used unreasonable conditions, the resulting system is running rapid temperature rise, thermal equilibrium temperature is too high, as a result of fluid viscosity decrease the leakage increases and the pump to fill phenomenon has seriously affected the normal hydraulic system stability.
