摘要:教学手段是师生教学相互传递信息的工具、媒体或设备。随着科学技术的发展，教学手段经历了口头语言、文字和书籍、印刷教材、电子视听设备和多媒体技术等五个使用阶段。教学网站是传统教学方式的一个重要补充,可以方便学生课下预习和复习,并且也是教师与学生一种新的交流平台。因此，我们开发师生互动学习的网站是非常必要的。

　　论文描述了在Wampserver开发环境下，使用PHP，APACHE，MYSQL等开发工具；经过需求分析，整体设计，模块设计实现了《微机原理与接口技术》课程教学网站。 系统包含：课程建设、理论教学、实践教学、试题习题、其他课程、课件下载、交流园地、联系我们等；实现了教学网站管理（添加、删除、查找、上传等）使用（浏览、下载等）功能。
