摘要:本文主要介绍了基于西门子公司S7-200系列的可编程控制器和昆仑通态的组态软件的炉温控制系统的设计方案。编程时调用了编程软件STEP 7 -Micro WIN中自带的PID控制模块,使得程序更为简洁,运行速度更为理想。利用组态软件设计人机界面,实现控制系统的实时监控、数据的实时采样与处理。实验证明,此系统具有快、准、稳等优点,在工业温度控制领域具有广泛应用。 关键词:温度控制; 可编程控制器; 人机界面
Abstract:This topic mainly introduces a design of temperature control system with SIMATIC programmable logic controller (PLC) and MCGS which is developed by Kunlun Tongtai Company. When programming, we use the PID control arithmetic software module which is contained in the program software STEP 7 -Micro WIN so that the program looks easier and operates more quickly. In order to monitor the control system and process data in actual time, we designed Human Machine Interface(HMI)with the MCGS. The result of experiment proves that this temperature control system could run quickly, accurately and have good stability, which is the advantage of the control system. 本设计的主要内容如下: 1.PLC控制系统硬件设计,包括PLC的选型与硬件配置,I/O点分配及电路硬件连接图,温度控制器的设计等。 2.在 STEP7-MICRO/WIN编程环境下,进行PLC控制系统的软件设计。 3.在MCGS组态环境下,开展基于组态软件的HMI设计,包括监控主界面、实时趋势曲线、报警窗口、动画连接等设计。 4.系统调试与结果分析。 |
