摘要:随着科技的不断进步,在工业生产中温度是常用的被控参数,而采用单片机来对这些被控参数进行控制已成为当今的主流。本文设计了一个简单实用的温度控制系统,选用MCS-51系列的AT89C51单片机作为控制系统的核心,使用单总线温度转换芯片DS18B20实时采集温度并通过LCD1602液晶屏显示,工作人员可以从键盘设定温度上限及温度下限工艺参数,按下运行键后,系统将进入自动工作状态,工作结束后,有报警器提醒工作人员。 通过仿真测试表明,本设计对温度的控制有方便、简单的特点,能够完成系统所需的控制要求。 关键词 AT89C51;键盘设定温度;DS18B20;LCD液晶显示
Abstract:With the constant progress of science and technology, temperature is a common parameter used in industrial production, and it is today’s mainstream to use the single chip microcomputer to control these parameters. This paper designed a simple and practical temperature control system, selects the MCS - 51 series of AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the core of the control system, use the single bus temperature conversion chip DS18B20 to acquire temperature in real time ,and display it through the LCD screen, staff can use the keyboard to set temperature, the temperature upper limit and lower limit temperature ,then press the run button, the system will enter the work state automatically. After it finishes the work, it will alarms to remind staff. Tests show that the design of temperature control system is simple and convenient, it can complete the control requirements of system.
