摘要：2011年5月-2012年4月对淮河流域盱眙段浮游植物的生态学特征进行了调查。选取8个采样点进行水样分析，共观察到浮游植物8门70属151种。相邻两月之间种类相似性系数呈现冬春季高，夏秋季低趋势。浮游植物密度的季节变动，在夏季达到最大4.97×107个/L。多样性指数可以反映水体污染情况。采用生态指标对水环境进行评价,发现淮河盱眙段水污染较严重。此调查为利用浮游植物对盱眙生态环境评价提供了依据。

Abstract: The eco-characteristics of phytoplankton community was invertigated in Xuyi, lake huaihe from May in 2011 to April in 2012. Eight collecting points were selected to analyze, 8 Phyla , 70 Genera and 151 species were identified. The monthly similarity index of species was high in winter and spring, while low in summer and autumn. Seasonal variation of phytoplankton density ,summer reaches a maximum value of 4.97×107/L. Diversity index can reflect the pollution situation. Ecological index was used to evaluate water environment, founding the Huaihe water pollution is serious in Xuyi. The investigation  provide a basis for the ecological environment evaluatoin to use phytoplankton community in Xuyi.
