摘要:2010年2月至3月,对江苏太湖湖体浮游动物进行了调查。依据调查资料,分析研究了太湖湖体浮游动物种类组成、优势种、生物量、密度、多样性指数、均匀度及其丰富度。共鉴定浮游动物48种,共2088只。枝角类最多,为18种,占浮游动物物种数的37.5 %,桡足类其次,为17种,占35.4%,轮虫类13种,占27.1%。优势种有简弧象鼻溞、脆弱象鼻溞、剑水蚤(和萼花臂尾轮虫,浮游动物的Shannon-Wiener多样性指数范围为0~2.04493,平均1.051024。采用种类数、密度和生物量对太湖湖体水质状况进行评价表明,太湖湖体水体为富营养水体。 关键词:浮游动物;群落结构;水质;太湖湖体
Abstract: Zooplankton communities were investigated monthly (February-March 2010) in the Taihu lake. A total of 48 species, among which, Cladocera was the main group, which contained1species (37.5% of the total species number).17 species of Copepoda(35.4%) and13 species of Rotifer(27.1%) were observed. The dominant species were Bosmina coregon, Bosmina fatalis,Cyclopoida sp.and Brachionus calyciflorus Based on the species number, density, and biomass of zooplankton, it had found that Taihu lake were in eutrophic status.
