摘要:研究了苯磺隆对小麦幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的苯磺隆(0.04、0.08、0.12、0.16、0.20、0.24)mg/ml处理的小麦幼苗,在浓度达到0.12mg/ml时,表现出明显的抑制作用,株高、叶绿素均有所下降。当苯磺隆的浓度为0.16mg/ml,脯氨酸含量上升显著;当苯磺隆的浓度为0.16mg/ml,GSH含量上升明显;不同浓度的苯磺隆均抑制了叶片中CAT的活性,以浓度为0.24mg/ml时最为显著。实验结果说明,苯磺隆对小麦生长有一定的抑制。

Abstract: This experiment studied the effects on the growth of wheat seedlings after the treatment with the tribenuron-methyl oil suspending agent .The results showed that at concentrations of the tribenuron-methyl oil suspending agent achieved 0.12mg / ml, showed obvious inhibition effect , compared with the control, Plant height、Chlorophyll decreased . When the concentration of of tribenuron oil SC to 0.16mg/ml , proline content increased significantly ; when of tribenuron oil suspension concentration 0.16mg/ml , GSH content increased significantly ;Different concentrations of tribenuron oil SC inhibited the activity of CAT in leaves , the most significant when the concentration of 0.24mg/ml .The experimental results indicate that tribenuron-methyl some inlubition on wheat growth.
