教材内容分析 The teaching content is from the second module, which is published by the Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press. This module conducts teaching on the topic of occupation, and introduces the features of different jobs the contribute to the human society. This module is divided into five sections: Introduction, Reading, Grammar, Listening and Writing. Introduction part reviews and learns some adjectives that describe careers, and provide a brief description of some jobs, preparing for the later study. In the reading section, students will know a local inhabitant, Timoteo, who offers to serve as a “road sign” for free, providing signals for passing vehicles so that they can pass safely through the most dangerous section. In this way, students can develop a good quality of being willing to help others and form a correct career view. The Grammar part reviews the tenses of the verb, the general past tense of the verb, past continuous tense and the past perfect tense. The Listening section asks students to understand the content of the job interview and get information, and know how to prepare for the interview. The writing part trains students’ practical writing ability and ask students to complete the writing task of the module.
