中文摘要:奖励作为一种必不可少的教育教学手段和一种积极强化的教育方法而深受广大教师的喜爱,在小学课堂之中,奖励常常被用于激励学生,它是对受教育者正确思想和正确行为的一种肯定,同时对其他人也具有激励作用。适当的奖励可以使学生在精神上得到满足和获得学习的成就感,增强其学习的动机,改善教育活动的氛围,加强其学习信念。本文主要从奖励在实际的小学英语课堂中的运用这一方面来研究奖励在小学英语课堂教学中的利与弊以及在小学英语课堂中如何使用,结合现在的小学英语课堂的要求与特点,以期为小学英语课堂中的奖励制度指明方向,更好地运用到实际教学中。
