中文摘要：目前我国中学英语阅读教学仍以教师为中心，学生只是被动的知识接受者，迫切需要改进。在各种教学方式中，合作学习一直受到大家的普遍关注。本文在国内外相关研究的基础上，阐述了合作学习的研究发展及特征，论述了在中学英语阅读教学中应用合作学习的必要性。对中学英语阅读教学存在的问题进行了分析，尝试将合作学习应用于中学英语阅读教学中，具体说明了应用策略、步骤及应注意的问题。以期通过合作学习让学生体验到阅读的快乐，并帮助学生养成良好的英语阅读习惯，提高学生的英语综合能力。
