中文摘要: 初中是基础教育的重要阶段,也是提高学生学习兴趣和养成良好学习习惯的重要时期。在初中英语教学中,教师应该不断地对教学进行研究、创新,培养学生的交流能力、合作能力。本文从“小先生制”的含义、原则入手,分析我国初中英语教学的现状,并着重研究如何将“小先生制”运用到英语课堂的课前、课中、课后三个阶段,以达到预期的教学效果。 关键词:“小先生制”;初中英语教学;师生合作
