摘要：英语作为一种国际通用语言，在人们的日常生活中起着重要的作用，在中国的学生必须从小学开始学习英语。学习问题是小学英语学习的普遍现象，他们的英语学习问题不仅有共同的因素，而且有自己的特点。然而，从目前的情况来看，虽然小学英语学习水平不断提高，但仍不尽如人意。

在语言习得理论和学习动机理论的基础上，本文针对造成学习困难的原因，提出通过营造良好学习环境，激发学生学习英语的兴趣的对策。从学生自身方面、教师方面、家长方面和学校方面分别提出了解决小学生英语学习困难的建议，努力为学生的英语学习营造良好的学习环境。学生要增强自信心，养成良好的英语学习习惯;教师要树立正确的教育理念，增长学生见识，开拓学生视野，提高教学技能，丰富教学方法，加强激励性评价;学校要加强培训，提高教师综合素质，注重校园文化建设;家长要加强和教师的沟通，增加对孩子英语学习的投入，积极培养孩子的自信心。

ABSTRACT:  As an international lingua franca, English is playing an important role in people’s daily life,and students in china have to learn English from primary school. Learning problems are the common phenomenon of Primary School English Learning, their English learning problems not only have common factors, but also has its own characteristics. However, judging from the current situation, although English learning proficiency in primary schools is constantly improving, it is still unsatisfactory. 

Based on the theory of language acquisition and the theory of learning motivation, this paper proposes the countermeasures to create a good learning environment and stimulate students' interest in learning English, aiming at the causes of learning difficulties. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the difficulties of English learning in primary school students, teachers, parents and schools, so as to create a good learning environment for students' English learning. Students should improve their self-confidence and develop good English learning habits. Teachers should set up correct concept of education, increase students' knowledge, widen students vision, improve the teaching skills, teaching methods, strengthening the incentive evaluation; The school should strengthen the training, improve the teacher comprehensive quality, pay attention to the campus culture construction; Parents should strengthen communication with teachers, increase their input in English learning, and actively cultivate their self-confidence.
