摘要： 高考，一直是社会关注的焦点。作为第二批高考改革试点省市，山东省新高考方案今天出炉。山东省教育部门相关负责人表示，期待到2020年，初步建立符合首都教育实际的现代高等学校考试招生制度，形成分类考试、综合评价、多元录取、公平公正的高校考试招生模式。山东省的“新高考”有哪些特点？作为考生、家长，对于2020年的山东新高考，需要哪些相应的准备？在新的高考方案之下，英语科目仍然是占据分数大头的重要科目之一，那么它对于学生的自主学习能力而言，有什么样的新要求？对于学校的英语自主学习能力培育路径又有什么样的新要求呢？本文的研究问题，即对这些问题进行全面的分析。
