摘要: “大众创业,万众创新”已深入校园,当前国家对高校创新创业项目及其重视,这已成为专家研究的热点。但对英语专业创新创业项目来说,难度确实很大。那么有哪些因素影响英语专业创新创业项目绩效以及如何在创新创业项目基数少难度大的情况下提高其绩效,是我们当前面临的问题。本文在对山东青年政治学院英语专业创新创业情况开展调研的基础上,对创新创业项目的主体,也就是英语专业的学生展开了调查。由于山东青年政治学院是山东省内具有代表性的应用型公办本科院校,拥有一个省级大学生创业孵化示范基地,因此选取其英语专业部分在校生作为调查对象。通过对项目负责人进行访谈,对15级到18级未参加大创项目的学生进行问卷调查,分析了影响英语专业创新创业绩效的个体自身因素、外部因素,最后,给出了针对性的建议和对策。研究发现,影响英语专业创新创业绩效的因素包括学生个人经验是否充足,课程体系是否完善,资金是否充足,项目选择类型,导师的指导等。从社会、学校、指导老师和学生个人方面提出针对性的建议和对策,以推动地方应用型高校大学生创新创业项目培养模式,从而提高地方应用型高校大学生创新创业素质和能力,进一步提高创新创业项目水平。
