摘要:在国际化进程中,省市的外宣形象至关重要,外宣翻译的目的在于向国外受众介绍本省市的政治经济历史等各方面的发展情况,争取对内、对外形成良好的国际形象,并凭借软实力的提升来促进本省或者城市的综合发展。本文从翻译目的论角度为出发点,以山东省的对外宣传工作为主要对象,尤其是进入新时代以后山东省的对外宣传为主要着力点,指出以往外宣翻译中常见的失误,并提出一些改进措施。结合山东省“新时代新山东与世界共赢”宣传片,重点分析宣传片中所应用的翻译策略以及可取之处,以便为山东省以及其他省市以后的外宣翻译工作提供翻译技巧和策略上的借鉴,并更好地推进省市的国际化宣传工作,促进国际交流与合作,并带动本省市的政治经济文化的发展。
