教材内容分析

The teaching material, Unit 4 What’s the best movie theater? is from Junior High School English book for grade eight. This unit talks about how to describe and compare public places and people around students’ town using superlative adjectives. Two sections are arranged in this unit in which section A is about choosing a movie theater and section B is about talent shows. Simultaneously, students can share their favorite movie theater, stars, and talent shows with partners as well.

As this topic is closely related to students’ personal life, students are supposed to be more familiar with this teaching content and would be more interested in the lesson.
