中文摘要：中式菜谱的英文翻译对于广大译者来说是一个比较难的领域，在此过程中也出现了许多问题，本文探讨了翻译过于简单化而出现的拼音代替英译的问题，过于粗略而出现的字母拼错，译文错误的问题，过于字面意思而出现的译文理解偏差的问题，翻译方法过于混乱而出现的译文杂糅的问题和由于文化内涵差异而导致的理解误区等问题，针对以上问题本文采取了音译，直译，意译等方法。
