中文摘要：法律文化受到法律语言的承载，法律语言的形成离不开法律文化促发的社会环境。法律来源于文化，它的建立与发展与社会文化息息相关。制定任何法律都无法离开被社会文化深深影响的法律文化。而法律翻译则跨越了多个领域，譬如语言学领域、翻译学领域和法学领域。可以说，没有法律翻译就无法沟通多种不同语种的法律体系。法律翻译不仅是语言的转换，更是文化移植的过程。翻译的准确性直接对不同法律文化的传递和交流带来影响。中西方法律文化差异更是影响法律翻译的关键要素。如今国际交流日益频繁，文化发展快速多元，不同地区之间的文化差异必定会导致文化冲突。因而在进行法律翻译时，能够正确理解中西方不同法律文化内容成为了法律翻译工作者不可或缺的能力。本文先阐明法律翻译的特点和原则，继而通过对法律文化内涵和影响法律文化的因素进行分析，简要总结出中西方法律文化差异对法律翻译带来的影响。
